Pedestrian fatally struck by SUV in South St. Paul ID’d Police on Thursday identified a man struck and killed by an SUV this week on Concord Street in South St. Paul.Duane Daniel Johnson, 75, of South St. Paul, was hit around midnight Monday in the 1600 block of Concord Street South, according to South St. Paul Police Chief Brian Wicke.Officers called to the scene found Johnson injured and unresponsive in the street, and a bystander rendering aid. The hiker, a 14-year-old from Maryland, had injured his leg while hiking ahead of his mother in the area of Pharoh Lake.
