19-Year-Old Killed in Fatal Collision in Gorge CampgroundGEORGE, WA (August 9, 2023) – Friday, Carson Santos was killed in a boat accident at the Gorge Amphitheatre Campground.First responders arrived to the scene after receiving multiple dispatch calls in the area.Per reports, a man was driving a Toyota Tundra that was towing a wake surfing boat at the Pivot while Santos was running alongside the vehicle.Santos then attempted to jump onto the tongue of the trailer when he lost his footing and was run over by the trailer wheels.Paramedics arrived and airlifted 19-year-old Santos, of Puyallup to Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee.
