More than 20 schools plan to walk out over gun laws

DENVER (KDVR) — On Wednesday, Colorado students plan to walk out of class demanding lawmakers pass what they call common-sense gun laws.Statewide, more than 20 schools are participating. Trump indicted: Here’s what the former president is charged with Colorado is one of the 10 states that lost the most retirees in 2021, according to a SmartAsset analysis of migration data. The analysis used U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey to find the net migration of residents over 60 years old. Though Colorado lost retirees, the retirees who stayed increasingly preferred Fort Collins.Colorado lost 5,249 people 60 and older in 2021, the 10th-highest number in the U.S. Virginia lost the next most with 5,963. BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) – A man is being hailed a hero after risking his life to save a stranger who was trapped in a burning car in Boynton Beach. Leo Zupo was making his way home Saturday when he came across a crash at a Boynton Beach and Lawrence Road intersection and noticed a woman inside a vehicle unable to get out. Without hesitation, Zupo pulled over to help.“As I was turning there, I parked the car to go help the lady,” said Zupo. Boston Police arrested a suspect on the BPD Most Wanted List Tuesday evening. Officers arrested 62-year-old Richard Morse around 6:30 p.m. in the area of 25 Parmenter Street, according to police. (CNN) — Fox News said in a court filing Tuesday that it plans to put some of its most prominent executives and TV hosts on the witness stand to testify as part of its defense in the Dominion defamation trial.The right-wing network told the judge it “intends to make available” these people to testify in-person. (CNN) — Three thousand miles away from his New York legal drama, Donald Trump secured a substantial victory in another court.The 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals sided with the former president in his effort to recoup additional legal fees from adult film star Stormy Daniels, who had filed and lost a defamation suit against him.Daniels was ordered to pay Trump’s attorneys just over $120,000 in legal fees.
