(KRON) -- The Palo Alto Police Department is searching for a missing 15-year-old girl. The girl, who police just identified as "Claire," left her home on the 700 block of Chimalus Drive Tuesday night at about 8 p.m. and has not been seen or heard from since. Claire is 5-foot-4, 115 pounds. She was wearing a black sweatshirt and gray sweatpants. She does not have a phone on her.
