Never let the perfect be enemy of the good?Sometimes only a dream has the power to become reality.Right now, we have every reason to dream bigger about remaking I-94 in St. Paul, reconnecting Rondo and reimagining what’s possible and good — if we have the courage.Starting 70 years ago urban rail yards all over the U.S. converted to auto-oriented redevelopments.
