Man fatally shot Sunday in Oakland is identified OAKLAND — A 50-year-old man fatally shot Sunday in West Oakland was identified by police Wednesday as Lannie Ross.Police have not yet confirmed a motive for the killing or announced any arrests.Ross, who had addresses in both Oakland and Berkeley, was shot about 7:15 p.m. Sunday while outside in the 3200 block of Filbert Street near San Pablo Avenue.
