(AP) — Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill has resolved his dispute with a man he was accused of assaulting at a marina.Hill’s attorney and the lawyer for the man, who works for a charter company at Haulover Marina in Miami, released a statement to ESPN on Monday.“The parties to the incident which occurred on June 18th, 2023 at the Haulover Marina involving Tyreek Hill have resolved their differences,” read the joint statement provided by Evan Feldman, the attorney for the employee of the Kelly Fleet Inc., and Julius Collins, Hill’s attorney.Hill had been under investigation by Miami-Dade police for assault and battery after it was reported that he got into an argument with the employee, which apparently ended with Hill hitting the man.The NFL reportedly requested video footage from the incident.Hill, a 29-year-old All-Pro, will begin his second training camp with the Miami Dolphins this week. (AP) — A third man has been arrested on federal charges related to the firebombing of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Southern California last year, authorities said Monday.Xavier Batten, 21, was arrested Friday in Florida and has been ordered to be detained pending trial, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles said in a statement. Troopers enhance patrols targeting impaired, careless drivers DENVER (KDVR) – More intense patrol efforts are beginning after two separate suspected impaired drivers crashed into troopers' patrol cars while a crash was being investigated on a bridge over the weekend. A video of one of the crashes was released by Colorado State Patrol on Monday. It shows troopers working a crash around 4 a.m. on Interstate 270 in Adams County.One of the unoccupied patrol cars was hit in a second crash. Then, another patrol car is hit by yet another driver.Trooper Kevin Bagley ran to get out of the way and jumped over a guard rail. The people were successfully taken out of the water and brought to Charlestown marina, where they were evaluated by paramedics, according to state police.
