NELLISTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A person has died after an accident involving an Amtrak train, police said. The incident took place just before 11:45 a.m. Wednesday in the village of Nelliston. ST. LOUIS - A federal judge has sentenced a Clayton, Missouri, man to 11 years in prison after he posed as a girl online to obtain nude photos of minors. Jason W. Fine, 50, was also ordered to pay a $50,000 fine and special assessments of $45,000 that will go into a fund for victims and prevention programs. He pleaded guilty last November to two felonies, soliciting child pornography and receiving child pornography. ROLLA, Mo. - An Edgar Springs, Missouri, woman has been charged following a drug bust at her home.According to Capt. Jason Smith, Rolla Police Department, members of the Phelps County Sheriff's Department joined Rolla law enforcement in serving a search warrant in the 25000 block of County Road 6050 on March 13.Police seized 150 capsules containing a total of 15 grams of fentanyl, as well as six grams of methamphetamine. For visual and comparative purposes, one gram is the equivalent of a sweetener packet. Eight children were treated Wednesday afternoon after possibly ingesting marijuana gummies at a school in Sun Valley, officials said.The incident was reported around 1:20 p.m. at 7330 N. Bakman Avenue, the site of Sun Valley Magnet School, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.The patients were being evaluated for "sudden illness" after ingesting what is believed to be chewable marijuana, officials said. They were all conscious and breathing.The boys and girls are between 12 and 16 years old.
