ARGYLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Three people were arrested in an investigation relating to drug sales throughout Washington County, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office. Manuel Cruz (45, Cohoes), Brittne Graham (38, Argyle), and Deborah Marciano (56, Glens Falls) each face multiple charges. COBLESKILL, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Richmondville man has been arrested for sexual abuse of minors, according to police. John Graham, 20, is facing several charges. State Police received information that an adult man had inappropriate contact with more than one juvenile in Schoharie County. The investigations determined that Graham allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with two victims under the age of 17 on two separate occasions in 2021 and 2023. These crimes took place in Cobleskill and Richmondville. Warrensburg woman arrested for DWI following three-car crash It was revealed that Graham also violated a court-issued stay-away order of protection on May 31, 2023 in Cobleskill. MILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Milton man was arrested and is charged with third-degree rape after allegedly having sexual intercourse with a person under 17. PERRY COUNTY, Mo. - A Perryville, Missouri, man died Sunday evening after crashing his motorcycle on Highway 61.According to a report filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred just after 7:20 p.m. on southbound Highway 61, just north of PCR 912.David Beck was riding a 2008 Harley-Davidson Heritage when he failed to properly navigate a curve and went off the roadway. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - The St. Louis County Department of Public Health is distributing free emergency contraception by request at its three permanent health centers.The emergency contraception kits contain Plan B (levonorgestrel), which can be used by women to prevent pregnancy after unprotected sex or after other birth control methods fail.The kits will be available during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) at the John C. Murphy Health Center (Berkeley), the North Central Community Health Center (Jennings), and the South County Health Center (Sunset Hills). The Bureau of Land Management is responsible for more public lands than any other agency in America, and yet, the bureaucracy has few tools to protect and conserve the land for future generations.In many ways, it makes sense that BLM’s mission for generations has been to make sure public lands are utilized for “multiple uses” especially public recreation. But the time has come to put conservation on equal footing with the private enterprises that have benefitted enormously from using and sometimes abusing our lands.BLM’s proposed Conservation and Landscape Health rule won’t dramatically change how our public lands are managed, but the new programs spelled out in the rule will open a door to conservation, especially of lands deemed important for wildlife habitat, corridors or other ecosystem needs. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department found a bomb in a car that was pulled over for expired registration in Victorville, officials said.The car, a green Honda Accord, was pulled over on the southbound 15 Freeway just north of the La Mesa exit at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, the department said in a news release. Once the vehicle stopped, deputies discovered the driver, 47-year-old South Gate resident Luis Crespo, had a felony warrant out for his arrest from Los Angeles County and there was an "explosive device" in the center console, deputies said."The device contained a total of 200,000mg of explosive powder," officials said.Jail records show the warrant was issued for a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm.Crespo was arrested for reckless or malicious possession of an explosive device upon a public highway and booked into the High Desert Detention Center.He is being held in lieu of $60,000 bail and is due to appear in Victorville Superior Court Monday afternoon.
